seen|through is an exhibition of work from Karen Archia, CVA's Artist-in-Residence The exhibition showcases work made over the past 6 months of Karen's residency.
Seen Through touches on self reflection, community, and being seen in one's fullness and is shown as an exhibition of new works and an open studio experience where Karen has curated her work space to allow people to see works in progress, learn about her process and also engage in art-making.
A story-telling aspect will accompany the artwork and can be accessed through the use of QR codes that audiences can tap into with their phones.

Smorgasbord is an exhibition of works from the young artists that attend CVA Summer Camps as well as the Artists who teach the camps.
The exhibition will evolve throughout the summer as there are new camps each week!
For years, The CVA has been THE PLACE for creative kiddos to come to day camp each summer. Students from across town gather to explore, create, and have fun in our classrooms and the open spaces and parks around the Greensboro Cultural Center. Here's what sets our camps apart from all the others:
