Drawing/Painting: Inspired by Women in the Arts (7th-9th)

Drawing inspiration from the works of a variety of women in the arts--both historical and contemporary--students will spend this week learning about the artists, delving into their various techniques and styles as they create their own original work. Campers also will explore the stories and imagery in picture books illustrated by women artists to develop their visual literacy and expand their sense of what's possible with art and design.
