Pottery Classes at CVA

Looking for pottery classes? We’ve got plenty.
CVA offers 8‑week pottery sessions with class times available almost every day of the week. We teach both wheel‑throwing and hand‑building techniques.

Once registration opens, you’ll find the enrollment links at the bottom of this page. Classes fill very quickly. If a class you want is full, please add yourself to the waitlist—this is the only way we can contact you if a spot opens.

If you’d like an email reminder when the next 8‑week session opens, you can sign up to be notified.

Clay Purchase Requirement

All pottery students are required to purchase at least one 25‑lb bag of clay per session.

• Cost: $35 per bag
• Purchase options:
  • During online registration
  • On the first night of class (cash, check, or QR code via the CVA website)

Please note: All clay must be purchased through CVA. Outside clay is not permitted.

CVA has a limited number of communal tools available. On the first day of class, your instructor will recommend any additional tools you may want to purchase.
