Summer Camp 2026- Camp Descriptions

Grade levels are based on the student’s rising grade for the 2026–2027 school year. All participants must have completed kindergarten before enrolling in CVA Summer Camp.

CVA Camp Cancellation Policy

      • Before April 17: 100% refund or free transfer.
      • After April 17 & up to 1 week before camp: 50% refund or full transfer.
      • Within 1 week of camp: No refunds or credits.
      • If CVA cancels: Full refund.

CVA SUMMER CAMP 2026!

Dates: June 15 – August 14

4–5 camps per week • 10–12 artists per class
Rising 1st–9th graders

Camp Details:

  • 5-Day Camps: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
    • drop off begins @ 8:15 AM
    • pick up no later than 3:30 PM
  • Cost: $280 (+ clay camp fee)
  • Post-Camp Care (additional fee): $75 (3:00–5:30 PM)

This full-day program is designed to be budget-friendly and schedule-friendly for working families.

For years, The CVA has been THE PLACE for creative kiddos to come to day camp each summer. Students from across town gather to explore, create, and have fun in our classrooms and the open spaces and parks around the Greensboro Cultural Center. Here's what sets our camps apart from all the others:
