Expressive Arts Workshop:

heART Intuitive Painting--An Afternoon of Heart, Art, & Talk

Join local artist, Yolanda Grier, as she leads you to explore creative healing through visual arts, poetry, and writing while creating community around self-care and processing emotions through art. Using mindfulness, journaling, art, poetry, and witnessing, each participant will create safe spaces using a journal and leave with their own intuitive painting plus a journal to begin their own creative practice.

$50 participant fee includes supplies, process, and journal.
Each participant will create their own intuitive painting and journal.
14+ years and older welcome.
