How to Showcase Your Art--Part 4: Building Your Online Presence
You have a wonderful body of work and a fantastic professional portfolio. Now, how do you share it with the world?
In this class, the instructor addresses having an online presence and will touch on website options –Wordpress, Wix, Squarespace, and LinkedIn – and the importance of having an easy-to-find location and presentation of work. Social media options – Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, Facebook, Patreon, Ko-Fi – and the pros/cons of posting art on social media will also be discussed. Part 4 ends with summarizing everything that’s been discussed in the previous sessions with a list of helpful tips and tricks.
This 2-session workshop is the 4th in a series of workshops centered around showcasing your art in a professional manner.
Each Sunday, a new instructional video will be released for you to review at your own pace. Each week the instructor will meet with participants via Zoom to offer further tips, answer questions, and provide feedback. Participants will have the opportunity to share with each other as well during these live sessions.
