CVA members gallery (virtual)

How to submit your work to CVA online gallery:

• Artists who are current members of the CVA may exhibit up to 10 pieces of art in the online gallery.
  
• Each work must be for sale (note that CVA takes 40% commission of each sale).
• Artists are encouraged to replace any works sold with new work available for purchase.
• Artists must be able to deliver artwork to the gallery within 7 days after sale, or arrange an alternative with the CVA. CVA will deliver the artwork to the buyer. 
• Artists must alert the CVA if a work is sold outside of the CVA members' gallery so we can take the work down. 

Information needed from artists:

Images

• Photographs of artwork should be clear, high resolution photographs with plain backgrounds or no background
• 300 dpi resolution, 4"x6" in jpg or jpeg format
• Label images (artist name_artwork title)
• Artists can submit one full image and up to 3 additional images of details of an individual piece, if applicable

Artwork information

Submit to the gallery in a Microsoft Word document using the registration form for this event.

Images of artwork should accompany the artwork information so we know what information goes with what artwork.

Artists must be able to deliver artwork to the gallery within 7 days after sale, or arrange an alternative with the CVA. 

Artwork should be signed and prepared for delivery. If the purchaser is local to Greensboro, CVA will deliver the artwork to the buyer or arrange for pickup at the CVA Gallery. If the purchaser requires the artwork be shipped out of the area, the purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs. The artist will be responsible for properly and safely packaging the work for shipping, if shipping is required.
