CVA is holding a one-day YARD SALE for artists to clean out their art closets!
SATURDAY, JANUARY 15, 10AM - 5PM
CVA will set up 25 tables for artists to display their goods. Artists must register for a table in advance, and we will cut off registration at 25. Artists may share tables with friends, but that will be up to the artists to coordinate with one another. We just need one contact for each table.
CVA will provide tables and chairs. Artists will handle all sales.
The Yard Sale will take place from 10am to 5pm. The artist or a designate representative must be at the artist's table during the entire time.
Artists may arrive by 9:30am on January 15 to begin set up.
Artists must have all items removed from the gallery by 6pm.
COVID Safety:
Artists displaying art in the Yard Sale must provide proof of vaccination at least ONE WEEK prior to the Sale, and must wear masks while in the CVA gallery. Artists should email an image of your vaccination card to devon.mcknight@mycvagreensboro.org by January 8.
In order to make this event a safe event, we will require masks for all people who enter the gallery, regardless of vaccination status.
We will be limiting the number of tables to 25 to allow for more space between tables and people.
CVA Table Fee:
To reserve a table, artists must register and pay the table fee.
$20 - CVA member
$35 - non-member
CVA will allow for reasonable cancellations and refunds because of COVID and we understand things happen. If you must cancel, please let us know asap so we can open up the table for other artists.
