    • Vendor setup between 10am and 12:30pm 
    • Accepting applications from fine arts & crafts, direct sales and marketing vendors (priority goes to fine arts & crafts vendors)
    • Vendor Fees: Craft/Artist Vendor ($20), Direct Sales Vendor ($30), Marketing Vendor ($100), Electricity Fee: $5

    National Dance Day GSO is an annual celebration of community and cultural heritage through movement. Greensboro Downtown Parks hires North Carolina dancers in a range of classical, folk, retro, and contemporary dance genres for a day of performances and participatory dance engagements with the public. National Dance Day GSO is not a spectator event. It is a rare experience for members of the community to come together to join professional dancers representing different cultures and creative styles on the floor. Under Janet Echelman's "Where We Met" sculpture, neighbors hold hands for an Israeli dance, couples pair off to try out the Foxtrot, new friends are made as folks master linedance steps. This is community engagement at its finest, and something really special for the people of Greensboro.
