CVA Summer Camp Scholarship 2026 Application

At this time, we have limited funds available for partial scholarships. To apply, please click “Register” at the bottom left of the page and complete the scholarship application.

Please submit the following materials:

Merit-Based Scholarships

Please prepare:

• Three images of artist's artwork (jpg or pdf)
• Two letters of recommendation from instructors, teachers, mentors, etc
• A personal statement describing what the camper hopes to gain from their summer art camp experience

Need-Based Scholarships

Please provide:

• A written statement of financial need with 
• • total household gross annual income and family size
  • A breakdown of total monthly income and expenses, including any unusual or unforeseen costs (medical bills, etc.)
• A statement explaining how the scholarship and art camp will benefit your child
• One letter of recommendation from a non-family member (teacher, principal, minister, neighbor, etc.)
• Two images of artist's artwork (jpg or pdf)

Deadlines

• Summer Camp Scholarships – First Deadline: March 13, 2026
• Second Deadline (if funds remain): May 22, 2026

Other Scholarships

Applications for other scholarship opportunities are reviewed on a rolling basis and awarded based on merit, financial need, and available funding.
